On Line Ordering for First Time Users District 025  

Step 1 – Go to www.avon.ca. Select language preference. Select AVON LOGIN, this is your access to our ordering site.  At this point add this page to your favorites https://www.ca.avon.com/REPSuite/login/login.jsp so that in future you may gain access to your site without having to go to WWW.AVON.CA first.  

Step 2 –  After you log on to your Avon Account Webpage, you can register for Sales Leadership.  It will take 1 to 2 hours for your Account to be updated by Avon.   

Step 3 –On your first visit to this site you will need to register and set up a password for your protection. Click on Representatives logging in for the first time, get your password here . All fields on this page will need to be filled to specification. For example, your district number enter 025 in that field. Please have your account and district number on hand. Read all notes in red at left of the page before starting and fill in fields directly as requested. Once done, hit submit and you will then be registered for use.   

Step 4 – Once in the site to place your first order you may start compiling it electronically each day if you feel comfortable enough by clicking on “Place an Order” on the tool bar at left. Once you hit “place an order” you will see a pop up concerning “Companion” this is a computer program data base where you can track your customers and compile your orders prior to downloading them to the Avon order site.  You may skip companion at this time and go directly to placing your order by x-ing out this pop up box.  You will now see that Regular Order for your first campaign is already selected so click on the appropriate brochure for the order you are about to place.  This will bring you to the page to insert your product numbers.  You may simply type in your product numbers and select the quantity for each item. Please go slowly, you may enter products until the page is full and then hit “view descriptions” so verify that you have entered all the right product numbers. You must hit “Save” every time you step away from the computer or once the page is full in order to get a new page. To view the products that you have already entered click on view order.  Once you are ready to add more products click on “brochure products Click here to order” this will return you to the order page where you can enter more products.  While entering products should you wish it from one of the 2 previous campaigns for a better price click on the left side of the product number where it shows the campaign number and change this to the campaign you wish the product to be priced at.

Step 5 - Once you have entered ALL of the orders you need and on the day the order is due on line simply hit “order complete” to finish off your order. You must fill in all the fields on this page including the number of customers you served and alternate delivery address if you require one. Also you will be ordering brochures for upcoming campaigns. Order only the brochures with the red flashing arrow. You will be requested to print your order, this is a very good idea for your records. Once printed hit order submit in bottom corner and Avon will send you a confirmation number to verify your order has been successfully submitted. If you are experiencing problems please call the Avon office at 435-2685 and leave a message that you need help, do not go further with your order. Someone will get back to you within 24 hours allowing you to be sure your order is done properly. When leaving the message please state the issue clearly so that your call gets priority return. 

Very Important – Every rep may only place one regular order each campaign. Therefore it is very important that you hit “order submit” only once. Please only submit your order on the day before or day that your order is due. If you place your order too early and another customer calls, you cannot add on in any way to an on line order once it is submitted, so it is best to wait and use the extra selling days to your benefit. If you place more than one regular order each campaign it will cause billing errors on your account.  Happy Selling
